Genomics Momentum 2006: new applications and the future of genomics
Under the title “Genomics: Ready for the next step”, Genomics Momentum 2006 explored the opportunities for further developing the application of genomics in various fields and for further advancement of the technologies themselves. But is genomics ready for that next step?
The answer is a definite ‘yes’, judging from the enthusiastic and lively atmosphere created by the 600 Dutch and international participants during the workshops and at the exhibition on Genomics Plaza, covering 50 stands from a variety of companies and organisations.
